Easy: Designed to be easy-going and yet still a full-bodied response. We also make an easier reed than this for absolute beginners or seniors, so be sure to ask!

Medium: Probably the choice of most players.

Hard: These reeds are more challenging to blow and still are freely vibrating and full-bodied, not the stiff-as-planks "hard" that really means "doesn't vibrate."

Seniors': These reeds provide the least amount of challenge to blow, and are great for older players, occasional players, and young kids starting on the pipes.
