Download an mp3 of individual tunes straight to your computer, mp3 player or iPod. Each tune is played on the practice chanter uninterrupted and in full by Robert Wallace, CoP Principal, using circular breathing. This means that the student can play along and not only get the tempo and timing of the tune as it might be played, but also the crucial linking of lines and variations. Differences in settings played will in most cases be covered in the editorial notes in the Piobaireachd Society's collection. Other differences are based on traditional teaching.

A full printed score of individual tunes is available from the Piobaireachd Society collection. This is not a copy from the collection but the fully edited score and comes complete with all editorial notes. Enthusiasts are encouraged, however, to buy the relevent book as these can generally be found more easily in the piper's library and can therefore be relied on for easier access and reference in future.
