Our Piping Portrats are now available individually or in batches of three or six. This is your chance to own some historic images of famous pipers of the past: John MacDonald, Inverness, John MacDougall Gillies, Angus MacKay, Raasay, John MacLellan, Dunoon, John Ban MacKenzie John MacColl, William Ross, Queen Victoria's piper, Donald Cameron, GS MacLennan, Calum Piobair Macpherson, Alexander MacDonald, Glenurquhart, father of John MacDonald, Inverness, P/M Robert Reid, David Ross, Rosehall, Colin Cameron of the Cameron piping dynasty, Donald MacLean of 'Farewell to Oban' fame, P/M GS Allan, immortalised in the Donald MacLeod hornpipe, DC Mather, composer and top competitor, P/M Willie Fergusson brilliant composer and pipe major, Donald MacLeod, legendary composer and teacher, the inimitable John D Burgess, the piper's piper Duncan Johnstone, James Center, Archibald Campbell, Kilberry, Seumas MacNeill, Willie Lawrie, Willie Ross, and P/M John MacDonald, Glasgow Police. Each photograph is professionally mounted in a high quality black wooden frame 97/8 inches by 71/8 inches (20mm x 24.5mm), protective glass covered, with the name of the piper superimposed on the photograph.They make an ideal gift and are particularly suitable for practice/ music rooms and libraries. Each portrait costs £20 plus P&P with a 10% reduction for three and 15% for six. Postage and packing not included. All proceeds go towards Museum of Piping funds. College Member discounts do not apply with this product. Individual requests should be emailed to the Museum and we will try to source the piper you require a portrait of. Portraits are only available framed.
